Signature Gathering
Ready before the doorbell rings
I handle food sourcing and ordering, pickup or delivery coordination, quality checks, beverage planning, and guest-ready setup before your guests arrive.
From $1,500
Gathering Concierge
Includes four hours
Everything in Signature Gathering, plus I stay as your onsite concierge, managing vendor timing, keeping the bar and buffet fresh, and handling the details so you can be a guest at your own party.
From $2,500
Founding client rate for the first ten hosts
Aviation & Coastal Provisioning · From $750
Goods passed through at cost, never marked up.
Every gathering is quoted personally after a short conversation.

Are you an event planner or caterer?
Neither, though I do have a few specialties. I’m happy to make a homemade vanilla syrup for your coffee, and my “Gucci” cake is a birthday favorite with people all over the country. I won’t be tossing salads (unless you’re in a pinch); your food comes from the restaurants and markets you love, and I coordinate the beverage plan, the timing, and the setup.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal, and earlier for holidays and season. If your date is sooner, call or text. I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Where do you work?
I’m based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Serving Palm Beach Island, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Wellington, Lake Worth, and surrounding communities. Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach by request.
